Emergencies during surgery hours

If your pet needs emergency treatment during opening hours, simply call the clinic on 024 7638 6855. That way we can make sure we have a vet and nurse ready to help your pet when you arrive.

Emergencies outside of surgery hours

If your pet needs emergency treatment or you would just like some advice outside of our opening hours we have a dedicated emergency service waiting to take your call - call the Vets Now emergency service on 024 7659 5354.

Vets Now are a dedicated, specialised emergency veterinary service. This means the vets and nurses are fresh and have not just finished a long day at work before they see any emergency cases in the evening or weekend. Because the vets and nurses see lots of emergency cases they are familiar with all the latest techniques.

Please note Vets Now do expect payment at the time of treatment.

Booking an appointment

We believe in being here for you, so we always try to make your appointment at the most convenient time for you.

Having an appointment system means that the vet will have plenty of time with your pet, providing the treatment and advice you need.

We do not charge for missed appointments, but please let us know if you are unable to attend your appointment, by calling the clinic on
024 7638 6855 and one of our trained team will be able to cancel or rearrange the appointment for you.

Our vets like to give continuous care to their patients, so if you would like to see the same vet again, please ask when you book your appointment.
